Unmanaged Dedicated servers as its name goes are not managed by our company. Our company will provide the hardware and install the Operating Systems. Once this is done, the customers will be given full root access or Administrator Remote Desktop access to allow full control by the customers. Once server is handed over to the customers, you are expected to maintain the operations of the servers. The hardware will be maintained by us. If there is any hardware issues do contact us to work out a solution. Other than that, the patching of the Operating Systems and the software is done by the customers.

As servers are online 24/7, it is imperative that the servers are patched regularly so as to protect against hackers.
