Advanced Administrative Services for Windows

3.      Keeping of backup for 16 weeks with backups on 4 separate USB drives

4.      Hardware Firewall with Windows Server behind the firewall 

Add One time setup fees of S$300, S$400/mth in additional to the unmanaged subscription fees.

Customized Administrative Services for Windows

This involved patching and backup as required by customers including bare metal or real time clustering. 8 to Infinity will maintain the full hardware and software infrastructure with the hardware as required by the customers such as Juniper or Cisco firewalls, Hot spare servers, Disaster Recovery servers and the full suite of services as required by our customers. Pricing varies according to the customized services required.

Backup Services

8 to Infinity provides backup services for servers around the world. We will provide a server specially catering to your backup requirements and for you to backup remotely to our datacenter for security and disaster recovery purposes.

Backup MX Email Services

A lot of customers have their in house email servers but who are worried that sometimes their servers may be out of action due to building power maintenance, server issues, Internet connectivity issues etc. 8 to Infinity provides Backup MX Email Services that allow customers to have a backup MX email server with us at our datacenters. Such arrangement will allow continuity of email services even if customers email servers go down. Multiple MX Email services can also be arranged at additional costs.
